Anger

Anger - I get angry remembering times I lost my temper and just made matters worse. Anger is best viewed and allowed to pass without taking action. Anger never wins an argument nor a fight.
Maybe anger can win a small battle, but it will never win a war!
Take 3 deep breaths before reacting. That calmness solves many problems.
Anger is a feeling of displeasure!
